- Hey!! What up?? My life is extremely boring compared to others on this site, but I decided to do this anyways b/c I do like to dish and Rosjuane suggested I do it and it looked pretty cool. I live in the Rock, but my heart is still in Warren. I am a nurse and work for Fairpark Surgery Center where obviously we do surgeries. I live in one of the nicest and oldest neighborhoods in LR called "The Heights" with my two cats Emmy Rayne and Rufus Lee. I am a big supporter of any type of cancer organizations b/c as most of you know my best friend, Janessa Smith died of a very rare form of Leukemia September 2005. Even though I don't have kids I have two beautiful neices Lauren and Blakely and I love my best friend, Tonia Dunaway's kids Katelynn and Klayton. I love being on a kids level especially Kate's she is an awesome little girl and extremely smart!! I know 2008 is gonna be great b/c 2007 was not exactly heaven!!

hi amber. you'll probably figure out pretty quick that there are people here that blog and comment back and forth and have actually never even met each other. i would be one of those. rosjuane knows me from shelley, and shelley knows me from her former pastor, but none of us have ever actually met (except i talked to shelley at mazzios once for about half a minute).
rosjuane had posted that you were starting a blog and wanted her readers to check it out, so i'm checking it out, and i notice you seem to have an affinity for new orleans. i lived there 2 different times for a total of about 12 years, and it's my favorite place in the world,so i already like this blog :-)
you can sign up for a thing called bloglines and through that you can subscribe to peoples' blogs that you want to keep up with, and it will let you know any time something new is posted. that's one way people know when you've left something new, and sometimes they'll just click on your blog if they've added you to their blogroll (as rosjuane has done with yours).
